Processing timelines may vary depending on:

For handcrafted and made-to-order furniture, additional preparation time may be required before dispatch.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 5–10 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 7–15 business days
- Remote Locations: Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier accessibility.
Delivery timelines are approximate and may occasionally be affected by:
- weather conditions,
- transportation delays,
- public holidays,
- or operational disruptions.
Shipping Coverage
KaathCraft currently delivers across most serviceable locations in India.
In rare cases, delivery may not be available for certain remote or restricted areas. Customers will be informed if any delivery limitation applies to their order.
Shipping Charges
We offer shipping assistance across India.
Any applicable shipping charges, if required for specific products or locations, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation. In most cases shipping is already included.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via:

- or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Customers can use the tracking information to monitor delivery progress.
Delivery & Inspection
Customers are requested to inspect the package at the time of delivery.
If the package appears:
- damaged,
- tampered,
- or opened,
please inform the delivery personnel immediately and contact KaathCraft support with photos/videos for assistance.
We also recommend recording an unboxing video for claim verification purposes.
