Return & Refund Policy
At KaathCraft, every piece of furniture is crafted with attention to quality, durability, and design. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a transparent and hassle-free support process.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging, tags, accessories, and invoice must be retained.
- Customers are requested to record an unboxing video while opening the package for verification in case of damage or incorrect product delivery.
Returns may not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, assembled improperly, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.
- The item is customized, made-to-order, or specially manufactured on request.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- a damaged product,
- a manufacturing defect,
- or an incorrect item,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- order number,
- clear photos/videos,
- and unboxing video evidence.
After verification, we will arrange:
- replacement,
- repair,
- or refund assistance as applicable.
In cases where the issue is verified as our error, return shipping charges will be covered by KaathCraft.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted. In such cases, shipping or handling deductions may apply where applicable.
For customized or made-to-order furniture, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, eligible refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.
Refund timelines:
- Inspection & approval: 3–5 business days
- Bank/payment processing: 5–7 business days
Actual refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Warranty
KaathCraft offers:
- 5 Year Termite Warranty
- 2 Year Manufacturing Warranty
The manufacturing warranty covers verified structural or joint-related manufacturing defects under normal residential usage conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
- normal wear and tear,
- damage caused by misuse,
- water exposure,
- improper handling,
- or unauthorized repairs/modifications.
Shipping for Returns
If the return is due to:
- wrong product,
- damaged delivery,
- or verified manufacturing defect,
KaathCraft will assist with return shipping.
For other approved returns, shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
